Terms of Service
Parties
These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and OnNet CRM ("Provider"). By creating an account or using the platform you accept these Terms in full.
Service Description
The Provider offers OnNet CRM — a cloud-based, multi-tenant CRM platform for customer management, invoicing, deal and follow-up work, delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The functionality of the service may be further developed, changed, or adjusted over time.
User Account and Access
The Customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under the account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts in the event of misuse or breach of these Terms.
Payment Terms and Stripe
Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's payment terms. The Provider does not store card details. Non-payment may result in suspension of the service.
Trial Period, Termination and End of Service
If the Provider offers a trial period, it applies for the stated period and may be ended or converted into a paid subscription according to the applicable plan. The Customer may terminate the subscription in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Termination does not normally affect amounts already accrued or invoiced unless otherwise required by mandatory law or expressly agreed.
Data Processing and Privacy
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the current Privacy Policy. When the Customer uses the platform to store or process data about its own contacts or users, the Customer will normally be the controller for that data, while the Provider acts as a processor to the extent this follows from the service relationship.
Rights to the Platform and Customer Data
All intellectual property rights in the software, design and content of the platform belong to the Provider or the Provider's licensors. The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during the term of the agreement. The Customer retains ownership of its own data and is responsible for ensuring that content stored or processed in the solution is lawful.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption or data loss caused by circumstances outside the Provider's control. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to the Service and the Terms
The Provider may update the service and these Terms when necessary for technical, commercial or legal reasons. Material changes will be notified in an appropriate way within a reasonable period before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date is regarded as acceptance of the updated Terms, unless the Customer terminates the service before the changes take effect.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the venue is Oslo District Court unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
